The identity check in 3 steps
An art handler comes by appointment only. First check internally if this appointment is known. The contact person within your organization who was involved in making the appointment is the appropriate person to perform the check.
Step 1
An Imming Logistics Fine Art art handler always carries an identification card with a QR code on the back. Scan this QR code with your phone’s camera or via a QR app. You will then be linked to a secure web page of Imming Logistics Fine Art. Check that the web address begins with https://www.imminglogistics.nl and that a lock icon is visible in the browser.
Step 2
A green check mark will appear on the web page when the pass belongs to an Imming Logistics Fine Art employee. This confirms the identity of the art handler.
Step 3
Perform an additional check by verifying the art handler’s driver’s license number and doing a visual check of the photo. If everything checks out, you can safely give the art handler access to your location.
